Well I went and did it......I rode my stationary bike tonight at a VERY VERY slow pace for 15 minutes. I just couldn't take it any longer. Home alone......either ride or eat. I decided to ride tonight. (Did any one hear the music from Wizard of Oz this evening?) I actually have more time on my R +R, from surgery. But I am doing ALMOST everything anyway.....except lifting.
