This is the perfect challenge for me. I have had 4 knee surgeries and on Dec. 6th had my ankle reconstructed. I was just given the OK by the Dr. to start working out again. I am excited to be challenged to do it every day to gain strength and endurance. In april I will have my ACL reconstructed for the 3rd time. So, the stronger my legs are the better I will fair in the end.
All the encouragement from this challenge will help immensely. :)
