Okay it's the second day of my diet. Last night was tough I'm not going to lie, I did great at work, worked out after, then when I got home it was pick pick. I ended up finishing a dark chocolate candy bar, I had a healthy dinner though!! I'm doing okay this morning, I'm also trying to keep up with my water drinking!I'm also planning to work out after work again, so I'm excited ...that will be two days in a row!!!! I can do this!!!

Good Job! You did way better than I did. I have the same problem, I do great all day at work, and then in the evening, I get the munchies and attack! I snacked without even thinking about it! Today IS a new day, and it's going well so far!
