Snacking is out of control today/this evening. Before the snacking my protein was 96. WTF is wrong with me???? Feeling so low. Can I get this back together? Mad...sad....pissed....

You start right where you are, what is in the past is in the past. Do you have snack stuff that is ready for you like veg. cheese, lite crackers? I know it helps me if I have it all ready to grab. Also call a friend, take a walk, meditate with a vision of you "not" snacking and eating healthy. I truly believe it all starts in the mind. Love to you, we all been there

Nothing's wrong with you sweetie. Your body wanted more food than you gave it today. Or, you're stressed and you snacked on things that raise your blood sugar and lower cortisol. You'll probably sleep good tonight -I always do after a snackfest ;)

I had an awful lunch today and know it was stress! I wasn't even hungry but just wanted relief from stuff goung on at work. I pigged out then slept for 4 hours. I feel the exact same way! I dunno exactly why this happens but I agree with ennaejay....stress can be a cause? Hang in there. Tomorrow is a new day ;)

Thank you everyone....suppose it has been one of those days/weeks. I do have cheese and earlier did pick up some snack crackers, but of course reached for the chocolate chip cookies.....my husbands---which he does keep out of my site. But what can I say....tomorrow will be better.

"Tomorrow will be better" ~ that is the key Sweetie! Realizing that blowing it isn't the end of the world. Feels good, doesn't it? Knowing we can start anew & keep those pounds rolling off til we reach our goal weight is one of the best feelings in the world. Keep goin kiddo, you'll (we'll) make it!
