Today I rededicated myself to weight loss. I am going to start paying attention to my calories again. I'm starting an exercise routine that includes a 20 minute circuit training workout 5 times a week and walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill 3 times a week. I know I am capable of more intense exercise, but this is a good starting point for me. My goal is to increase the difficulty of my workout gradually each time.
