Today is turning out to be quite exhausting. Almost fell asleep at the wheel on the way home from work. I want to get in one of my workouts before the children come home. That means I have to start now. I feel like I'm going to collapse. I know I get a burst of energy after my workout, but I'm not confident I can get through the warm up!
