Yeah.....I made my protein goal of 80 grams yesterday. Although, I felt like I was continuously eating throughout the day. Some say that's the trick to losing weight is eating small meals throughout the day. I lost 1/2 a pound yesterday. I will try for the 80 grams again today and see where tomorrow takes me.
God blessed each of us with this day, do something you enjoy to give glory to him.
