Raych's Journal, 19 January 2009

Well, I'm feeling and doing much better. Watching out for "hidden" carbs and making myself eat every so often to get enough calories. I will weigh myself tomorrow with fingers crossed, as my challenge weigh in will be due. I still feel energetic, which by itself is a miracle. So, I need to teach myself patience, and just be dedicated. Eventually I will make it. I've been meeting all my challenges. I have them done for today already. Going to the chiropractor tonight; got to get this neck and tailbone on the right track. It makes it really hard with some exercises.

I'm on my way! =)

Great job staying on top of everything. You are on the right track, and as well all are fully aware this is a slow process when you are not devoting 6 hours a day to exercise. :)
