Happy new year! Starting the new year with some healthy habits after over indulging over the holidays. I took a virtual HIIT class earlier today and now I’m enjoying my homemade turkey burger with a mayonnaise/harissa/basil aioli. Yum!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
