Day 19: 150.6, 40.6bf. I have been very sick since I last journaled-or exercised for that matter. AND I've been traveling on business-had extended my trip for pleasure so spent a weekend dragging myself to see at least one day of Santa-Fe when I should have been in bed (I know-poor me.) But it's a new week-and I feel at least 75% and gained no weight.ok--let's go.
