Happy New Year, everybody! Well today I actually weigh what I claim to weigh, 142.5 lbs. On Jan 1, 2020 I weighed 146, so that is a net loss of 3.5 lbs. Not terrific, but at least it's down. Other stats are:
Body fat 38% Waist 32" Hips 40" Thigh 22.5"
Just recording my baseline for the year. It's like I said in my last post, my goal weight is 135 lbs, which is what I'm striving for, but sometimes the body doesn't cooperate. So I can resolve to keep up the current eating plan, which is more vegetables and far less junk food. Seems to be working so far. And of course exercise, but I do that anyway so not much of a resolution there, either. Just keep on keeping on, here's hoping 2021 is a much better year!
