The changes I will be making ..I will be giving up all "out to eat" meals.. I will stay home and prepare my own food..I will be keeping an accurate food journal and make my meals and snacks more balanced.. I will get my workouts in with NO EXCUSES..And I will be surrounding myself with more positive people... I will push harder even when i don't think I can.. And I will encourage others who may be struggling.. Most importantly I will put my faith in God's hands and let him guide me.. instead of trying to tackle this journey alone.
