Mmm, chicken curry! One of the best dishes I've ever made! (for 4 people:) 400g chicken breast, coconut milk, cream, apple, bell pepper, onion, garlic (and cauliflower on the side instead of rice) and lots of spices*! It was over 600 calories per person so probably not diet-friendly, haha. :P
*Chicken spices (literal translation, don't know what it's called in English); Mild curry; Curry madras; Pepper; Salt Oh and chicken bouillon
