Yesterday, still weighed 172. Not quite sure what's up. Everything still fits the same, looks the same, and I have trouble believing that I've gained muscle.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
