I did not get to the gym yesterday-spent the day at the clinic and Target. I did not get to bed until 1530 worked the night before and tonight. That means less than 5hrs of sleep for me. not good. I have my food sensitivity testing result and there were some surprises like garlic and onions and eggs. I am going to be rather limited in what I can eat now. my full list of sensitivies include: Banana, Bay leaf, Beef, Cheese, Cottage, cheese, swiss, clam, cola, egg white, egg yolk, garlic, gluten, grape, honey, lettuce, malt, milk, cows, nutrasweet, onion, oregano, peanut, safflower, squash, swardfish, balck tea, water melon, wheat, yeast, bakers, yogurt. This will be a challenge. Most of these sensitivities scored a 1 but a few scored 2 and 3. I will meet with Britni to go over the results today and Theresa for my pilates session at 0900. Andrea rescheduled our hair appointments for the 25th so I will be able to get to the gym on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week to reach my goal of 5x/week.
