Well, I did really good with my diet and exercise yesterday. Unfortunately today though, I was unable to exercise before work. The baby was up from 2am-4am and just couldn't bare the thought of getting up at 5:30. Hopefully She will sleep well tonight though and I will get 2 miles in tomorrow before work. I will do JD2 tonight still. I must have been carring A LOT of water weight from the holidays. I'm already down over 5 lbs. Really had to fight the cravings last night, but I'm it's the part of the month where cravings are rampant, so hopefully I can fend them off with gum.
