I can't even begin to describe how much receiving those comments on my last journal have helped. It's funny what a little support and accountability can do for a girl. Today was much of the same - eating small snacks throughout the day and drinking lots of H2O. It helped I had class. Hopefully I'll be able to avoid a binge for the next hour or so while I finish up reading. Really, thank you again for all the feedback. Day 1 success.
