Added IF to LCHF regime--was averaging 16 hour fast and now moving to 20+ hour fast at least a few times per week--since I am deep in Ketosis with resulting appetite suppression the first 22 hour fast was very easy--trying to eat only in a 4 hour window several times per week with goal of doing this at least 5 days a week.
