Yesterday went to someones leaving lunch and didn't have much but tried to put in a realistic amount of calories etc, which was difficult as I didn't know half the stuff I was eating, I just knew it tasted nice.
Next week I will be in Rome for 5 days walking so I should shed a few pounds but it will be difficult to keep track of what I am eating. I will, however, eat slowly and maybe that will work for me while I am away and just not go mad.
I am definitely having some Tiramisu though!!!
