I know, I know, but I have a ligitimate explanation.....I've been really sick the past month(bronchitis that almost turned into pnemonia) so I have not been going to Zumba & the holidays did not help much. Im going to start back up with Zumba...slowly (my lungs are quite working like they were before). Again, not doing weight watchers but I can't remember how to change that. I realized if you what the amount you eat & exercize, it does work.
