well I slaked of yesterday after doing work on the car in 38 degree heat and housework but today I'm trying to make up for it [might even dust off the old dumbbells].

Left foot still sore and right knee is starting to get tender so I'm taking it easier today with my walking not to mention I'm starting to get a rash where no rash should ever be, looked up online and saw that changing underwear will help so thats on the shopping list for tomorrow [sigh].
