So it's 2:00 and I've eaten less than 400 calories today (in 6 hours). That tells me that I generally eat about 1000 calories between 2 and 10 (eight hours)and therefore eat roughly twice as much in the evening as during the day. Maybe I need something to do in the evening that helps me forget about stuffing myself...
