its a real challenge; having a new girlfriend; contolling what i eat because of allergies/intollerances and gut problems and then also loosing weight. it used to be said control the amount of fat you eat and you loose weight; now because of my food intollerances, which my doctors treat as a joke, when about the best thing that settles my gut/tummy are lipids or fats. i set myself the drinking lots of water challenge last time and because of all these influences was unable to accomplish them.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Can you ask to be referred to a dietician? They MUST be a solution to your need for fats and your need to lose weight. If you keep a diary of your food and your events and take it to the doctors, they have to take it more seriously. Badger them til they help!!

Don't worry about fats. Just count calories. That's all that matters if you're trying to lose weight :) good luck and stay positive xxx
