Currently enjoying my recovery blast after the following (in order):
T25 – Cardio (Great) T25 - Lower Focus (Ok, but much better than my first time and not ugly like the abs yesterday) 40 Crunches (Great) 40s Plank (Great)
I delayed my run training and weight lifting to next week due to the cold at the beginning of the week. Thinking of starting it tomorrow, since I have nothing planned. Sunday would be my off day with T25 Stretch.
Feeling pretty good but a little tired right now. GREAT WEEK and down almost 8 pounds since 8 days ago. I want 10 lbs a month, so if I can get there and get a head start on next month, that would help, because it isn't going to be easier. Would love for it to be easy all the way, but I know better!!
