OMG! So... stupidly I assumed that since imitation crab is a protein it would be low carb.... IT'S NOT! Feeling kind terrible about not checking it first. I know I should never assume. Won't make that mistake twice! Thankfully I didn't eat THAT much of it, but either way, my carb intake for the day is already way higher than I aim for. I'm annoyed but it's part of the process. I'll adjust my meals for the rest of the day to maintain as low a net carb intake as possible.

Live and learn... and read the label!!! LOL
