Weighed myself today for the first time in months. Turns out I haven't changed at all... which I guess is a good thing considering we just went through the food - I mean - holiday season! As always, the new year brings about new goals and fresh motivations.

I'd like to get back into running. I'm not a super runner and never will be, but I do love the way I feel after a run. Yesterday I went for a short run on the treadmill after work- just a 10 min warm-up, 20 min run, and 5 min cool-down. But it felt good. I'd like to get up to a 30-40 min run outdoors by the time warmer weather comes around, but I think this was a good start. I'm also going to get back into my body-resistance strength training with my push-ups, planks, sit-ups, etc.

Numbers-wise, I'd like to get down to 125lbs, but I won't hold myself to it. As long as I can hit my exercise goals and continue to eat healthy foods I'll call it a success :)
