Lunch was a bust today! I took one bite of my spinach salad with chicken, blueberries, and tomatoes and gagged! I think my body is saying you’ve worn that meal out, you need to try something new. I wasn’t very hungry either so I ate a few bites of chicken without the salad and a couple of blueberries and said, “okay I’m done”!
I need to change my meals around and do more meal prepping. Doing this same old thing every day is getting to me. 🤢
