I am now officially at my heaviest weight ever, and this rediculousness has got to STOP! I feel depressed every time I put on a pair of my jeans. So, here we go New Year. Short term goal will be to lose 10% of my body weight, or 25 pounds. I resolve to put my treadmill to work at least 3 times per week for at least 1/2 hour. I will limit my fat grams to 30/day and my calories to 1,500. We'll start with that and see how it goes!
