Phase 2: The Beginning
I get to start phase 2 today of the Fat Smash Diet...things I will be able to add back into my diet are:
3-4oz of baked chicken, turkey, ground beef, sirloin and lamb Some seafood 1 whole egg vs. the four egg whites some more cheese and milk 1 cup of whole grain cereal
this phase of the diet will continue on for three weeks.....
Current Weight
I currently am what I weighed in Sept...YEA!! I have loss the ten pound gain over the holidays...now it's time to step it up and lose some extra :)
Sick Dog
My dearest Flea is going to the vet today ...he now has stopped eating and his breathing is labored...sighh! I can't take another loss right now with my furbabies. Crossing lot's of fingers :(
