Well I didn't do to bad in week one. I lost 4lbs, even though I didn't stick to the diet like I should and I haven't started an exercise routine yet. I am going to work on that part this wee.

We'll get there. We just need to buckle down on the exercising thing. I think we should try to walk at least 3-4 times a week. I know it will be hard for me on the boy scout/girl scout weeks and with school, to find days we can do it. But it has to be done. Also, we should start trying to figure out what to make instead of salad or in addition to so that you don't have to eat it anymore.
