ahah! You cannot go hungry. When we go hungry, our brains will make you want the most caloric foods (junk food) to compensate. It's very difficult to have self-control at that point! :)

I'm not going to eat all those things, don't want my cardio workout to be in vain lol :D I think I'm going to eat a piece of fruit, I still have 200 kcal left for today

Great choice! :) 200 calories will buy you a decent amount of fruit heheh.

i end up eating like 3 apples in a day if i have big sweets cravings:-)
