was in America for Christmas and new year visiting my husband who works there. OMG went OTT when I dived off the wagon and was run over by the wheels. Eating out pretty much every day, drinking, etc. I did try the healthy options when in restaurants but US foods are so loaded in sugars and salts. Travel with 3 kids is stressful enough and body clock all over the place so was getting hungry at really naughty times. Went to 2 weight watcher weigh ins whilst over there but really looking forward to getting back on track properly and in control of what I eat again. nwards and downwards again. New year new refocus.
