I just downloaded this app last Monday. My plan was to start after the holidays, but I started playing with the app and counting calories because I thought, really, I shouldn’t wait. So, after the first week, and even through Thanksgiving, I lost three pounds. I can’t believe it and I hope I can keep at it! :)
