My boss is so supportive of my weight loss efforts. Today he complemented me again on how well I have been doing on the weight loss. Then he gently asked if I wanted to use his treadmill and eliptical during my lunch hours. He jokingly said it was a mini health club membership as a raise for the year 2014. I am concerned on how awful I would smell if I did use the machines during my lunch break!

Pretty awful if you worked out as hard as I do lol. I often joke that im the smelliest girl in the gym, amd some days i would put money on it lol. Glad your boss is so kind and supportive!! You deserve the compliments!!

My friend and I use the gym at work and we just go at the end of the day. Get some body spray...lol who cares you'll be skinny ;)

Sounds like a nice perk at work. Any movement is good movement, so even if it's a light workout - oh yeah - and some body spray LOL... Have a great day.

I'd take him up on his offer. Especially if you know you have plans later on and may not get to get some type of activity in. If you're a person that sweats a lot I'd go with the end of the day suggestion or if you sit where there are not a lot of people that would be near you afterwards. But on a warm summer day and then to have to sit next to someone in a meeting that just worked out....no thank you. Congrats on your progress and Happy New Year!

Buy some wipes, they can be baby wipes or the ones you use on your bottom after you use the bathroom. Does not matter which one and use these on you under arms and then use deodorant. Believe me it works great. No worries then about BO and you will be skinner quicker. :-)
