Well, I didn't record my calories while I was gone for the holidays. But I will say that I feel pretty good about my eating habits during that time. But I'm back on the bandwagon now! Today for lunch I wanted a tuna sandwich; after adding my calories in to my diet calendar (I always enter them before-hand so I know how much I'm eating), I realized that I didn't need that second piece of bread for the sandwich. So I had a tuna melt! (with one piece of bread instead of my usual two.) I felt pretty good about that - it's those little victories that are keeping me positive :)

My only complaint thus far is that I have been getting pretty hungry by 10pm or so. I usually eat dinner around 7:30 or 8pm, so I don't want to push it back any farther if I don't have to. Last night when I was hungry I had a 60-calorie pudding snack pack, and the night before that I had an apple. So I'm definitely going to continue to keep healthy snacks around for when I'm hungry at night.

P.S. It was beautiful outside today (sunny, no wind, not very cold), so I was able to go for a 3-mile run outside! It was so nice to be able to get away from the dreaded treadmill. I'm thinking (maybe) I will get up early and run tomorrow morning....
