Ok, it is a new year and time to start over again on my diet. I have gained, but not too badly. 3.2 pounds over the holidays. I should be able to lose that in a week easily. I think I am doing Atkins to start out with. If that doesn't work well for me, I'll go with South Beach.

Good for you. December was terrible for me and I gained 7 pounds. Did not get to a WW meeting for 3 weeks in a row. Once was because of my department's Christmas party, and then our leader was on vacation for 2 weeks. But I've started again, and I lost 2.5 lbs yesterday. I don't expect that to happen every week, but if I could do 2 lbs a week I'd be happy. I'm doing loseit.com now and have taken on the Panera challenge which means 5 lbs in 6 weeks. A piece of cake - oops it should be doing without the piece of cake!
