Second day of the year so far, I am doing well, no hunger pang, just a slight headache, I eat a slice of brie cheese and it went away. I do find myself more thirsty than usual, so I am assuming it's all the ketones. I am not sure if I am in ketonis yet, but my energy level is good so is my focus. Here's to another day on ketogenic, yeahh !!!!!!
