I love weekends because it's a time to relax and recharge my batteries from the week before. However, the weekends are always the hardest for me in terms of food choices because I sit at home and just relax. I don't have the constant movement in my day that school and work provide and so instead of eating what I packed for the day, I am home more and can think about what is in the pantry.. what sounds good to me... and then go get it. That's definitely not conducive to the weight loss I have in mind. Granted, since I started this whole project of losing weight, I've lost ~25 lbs.
