Stopped counting on the actual Christmas Bsmk holidays, but still tried to practice restraint where I could. Seems to have paid off.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1858 kcal Fat: 54.41g | Prot: 79.35g | Carb: 253.01g.   Breakfast: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Grapes, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Pomegranate. Lunch: Clementines, Tuc Original Crackers, Crackers, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Waitrose Ardennes Pate. Dinner: Apple Juice, Beef or Meat Gravy, Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Cooked Parsnips (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Sainsbury's Roast Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Clementines, Milk Chocolate, Marks & Spencer Turkish Delight. more...
