I forgot to weigh myself, what with the holiday, so I told myself that I NEEDED to weigh myself this week. It looks like the holidays haven't damaged my weight track too much. I still lost some weight, so YAY!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
