2014 sounds like science fiction, but here it is. God can't do your part for you. Welcome his strength and wisdom, for he enabled you with intelligence and love and compassion. Treat yourself well. You are loved. Oh yeah, lots of water and movement. Don't beat yourself up, do what you can with what you have; it is a lot.
