Ahhh the year has come to an end, so I guess I will write one more entry in my journal to close out 2013... I just completed my final workout for this year... 45 minutes of P90X cardio (wish I didn't eat that navy bean soup prior to the workout-ugh). For my new year I am going to do my best to eat only "Clean" foods. I am going to try to control my night eating monster and simply be the best person I can be!!
