No waiting until after the New Year, based on my clothes i kinda HAVE to start now or else i won't fit in anything in a week! lol...
As of today, my goal for 2014 is to lose 29.6 lbs.
This will put me at 145, so eff last years goal, my goal is to surpass it.
I've been struggling these last few months with losing, so i just woke up this morning with a resolve to stop feeling sad and sorry for myself and to try to just get it done.
Day 1 almost over and I feel great about my chances of reaching my goals.
