I am very slow but steady. I have no Rush. My old goal is/was 146 lbs. - now 12 lbs. way. Yet, I am moving my goal even further away down to 135 lbs. or about 23 more lbs. My new plan / goal is to loose only 1/2 oz a day or loose 23 lbs. in about 736 days or 2 years - or say by December 31st 2015! Idea is to loose slowly - no muscle just 1/2 oz. of old fat a day!
