Calorie 1566 Breakdown: Carbohydrate (37%) Fat (45%) Protein (18%). Today was one of those days that I just munched on junk food and drank lots of water. Went a bit over on calories but will cut back tomorrow. Did spend the day preparing for Thanksgiving. I am planning on sticking to some sense of reasonability in eating for the holiday and not go crazy. It has been too long of a journey to toss caution to the wind for me! Have a great night!
