Starting over, yet again. This time I have a buddy :-) Who will be helping me. I have to stop the eating naughty foods and snacking. Also nip in the bud the alcohol consumption and drinking while I eat. Adding the exercise back and going back to basics, I will feel better about myself again and again be in my size 10's. My 14's are SNUG!!
