Well 5.6 lb Christmas GAIN!! Woo Hoo! Party over here! Party over there! I did not want to weigh-in this Monday morning but Mondays are my actual weigh in days... I knew it was not going to be pretty but here it is anyway :))) Party's over now back to WORK!! so off to the gym I go....

Flucking fluctuations lol....Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. I figure there are no wrong choices and whatever choice we make we get some kind of payoff...I decided this Christmas to enjoy some homemade goodies and went up too and it was worth it to me. Now I am choosing to stay on track and make healthier food choices and it will be worth it...TOWANDA!!!!!

Thank you Lisa, you are so right. I loved being able to enjoy those extra treats with my family. We talked, we laughed, we giggled, we sang, we read, we cooked and we ate! I couldn't have had a nicer time with my family :)
