I am starting fresh with my weight loss goals. It is Dec. 27th and I absolutely need to reign in my food intake, increase my exercies and lose some weight! This will be tough after starting a new job and going from staying home with the kids to full-time. But I am committed. I know with this still being a holiday week that it is unrealstic for me to accomplish all of these things this week. So, my plan is to cut back my portions and choose healthier items to eat this week. Next week I will add an exercise routine. I will start out small just to get into the routine of exercising again and then gradually increase my workouts.
