1200 calories starting tomorrow so I have to plan well so I can eat healthy but keep my calories down. Right now I can't exercise since I am still recovering from a bicycle/vehicle accident. I am optimistic. I want to go into the new year with a calorie plan that will help me reach my goal by Spring and maintain the goal weight for life.

Ok - I have to get these dog on cookies out of the house. Yesterday wasn't too bad and today wasn't so bad but the kids are going to have some cookies (so will I). Going shopping tomorrow for some frozen fruit to have in the freezer as a sweet treat in place of cookies. I plan to have a system in place by the official start on Saturday. Got to have a game plan, right?
