It's Friday!😺 I had a great discussion with my nutritionist yesterday. I get a monthly call, and it helps me so much, to talk to someone who is genuinely interested in helping! She is in agreement with my Ortho, 2.5 pounds a week is good, and certainly doable! I look forward to these calls. Just knowing that she is there, and that I can call anytime is an immense relief. I wait, and talk on the appointment days. It gives more motivation. Well, I'm off, have to get my stuff together and ready for the pool tonight! Have a great day everyone 😘!
